Hotels

We have arranged for a limited number of rooms at the following hotels at a discounted conference rate. If you have not already done so, please make your reservations as soon as possible. Any remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale on 25 May 2018 for Marriot, and 29 May 2018 for Westin Hotel.

Note that this year the conference will include a full day of talks and posters on Friday, June 22nd. Please keep this in mind when making your travel arrangements. Also Sunday tutorial attendees who need accommodation for Saturday June 16 will need to contact the hotels directly for that night.

Westin Hotel $145/night (12 min from PU by conf. bus).
This hotel features a heated indoor pool, gym and is also the location of the conference banquet. The hotel is located in Forrestal Village, with a variety of shops and fine restaurants and is about 1.3 km walking distance to Carnegie Lake. Rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this booking link. Bus transportation to and from the conference is provided. Breakfast M-F opens at 6:30 AM.
We have made a special arrangement for availability of the conference rate to be extended until June 8th. Rooms not taken will be released for general sale at the prevailing room rate after the deadline.The Westin has a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Marriott Courtyard $142/night (10 min from PU by conf. bus).
A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this booking link. Bus transportation to and from the conference is provided. Breakfast opens at 6:00 AM. The hotel has a limited shuttle service to downtown Princeton: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM and Mon-Thurs 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM. For additional transportation options scroll down on the hotel bus page.

Nassau Inn $154/night (2 minutes walk from PU).
[As of 4/19/18 the Nassau Inn is sold out on 6/20, 6/21, 6/22. It has limited availability on the other dates]
This hotel is in the historic town of Princeton and a 2 minute walk from the conference facilities. A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this link. On this website, the individual guest should click on “the “GROUPS” tab, and when asked for their “ATTENDEE CODE”, and enter their Booking ID:  23082. Once they select their dates, all of the group information will be displayed.

A small number of rooms are available for attendees who are required to comply with the US Government per diem rate. Government attendees should contact the conference administration <psi2018@pppl.gov> for the booking link. A US Government ID will be required at check-in.

Participants traveling from Newark to the Nassau Inn can take the ‘Dinky‘ branch line from Princeton Junction to the ‘Princeton’ station in downtown Princeton. Tickets to either Princeton Junction or Princeton are available at Newark.

Dormitory Accomodation  $65.00/person/nigh (on campus).
We regret that dormitory accommodations at Princeton University are now sold out. 

Housing is available in Princeton University dormitories during the conference. Dormitories are air conditioned and a 15 minute walk to the meeting location. The  rooms are singles with a semi-private bathroom that is shared between 2-4 residents. Sheets, a towel, a pillow and a blanket are provided at the beginning of your stay, and free laundry is available in the building. Toiletries and hangers are NOT provided. Free WIFI is included for 7 days while on campus by connecting to PU Visitor.

The rooms available starting Saturday, June 16, and check out for all is required by noon on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Families and non-participant guests are NOT permitted to stay in the dorms.

Reservations must be made before 11:59 PM, EST Sunday June 3, 2018 using this booking link. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completing this registration. Check-in and check-out procedures have been sent to dormitory guests. Check in will take place at Scully Hall on Saturday, June 16 from 4pm-7pm.
