We have arranged for a limited number of rooms at the following hotels at a discounted conference rate. Any remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale on 18 May 2018 for Nassau Inn and Marriot, and 29 May 2018 for Westin Hotel.
Note that this year the conference will include a full day of talks and posters on Friday, June 22nd. Please keep this in mind when making your travel arrangements. Also Sunday tutorial attendees who need accommodation for Saturday June 16 will need to contact the hotels directly for that night.
Nassau Inn $154/night (2 minutes walk from PU).
This hotel is in the historic town of Princeton and a 2 minute walk from the conference facilities. A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this link. On this website, the individual guest should click on “the “GROUPS” tab, and when asked for their “ATTENDEE CODE”, and enter their Booking ID: 23082. Once they select their dates, all of the group information will be displayed.

A small number of rooms are available for attendees who are required to comply with the US Government per diem rate. Government attendees should contact the conference administration <email@example.com> for the booking link. A US Government ID will be required at check-in.
Participants traveling from Newark to the Nassau Inn can take the ‘Dinky‘ branch line from Princeton Junction to the ‘Princeton’ station in downtown Princeton. Tickets to either Princeton Junction or Princeton are available at Newark.
Marriot Courtyard $142/night (10 min from PU by conf. bus).
A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this booking link. The Tiger Transit bus service offers an additional transportation option for participants staying at the Marriot Courtyard Hotel,. The Forrestal line stops at Lakeview apartments behind the Marriot Courtyard Hotel and operates Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Westin Hotel $145/night (15 min from PU by conf. bus).
This is also the location of the conference banquet. A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate using this booking link.
Dormitory Accomodation $65.00/person/nigh (on campus).
Housing is available in Princeton University dormitories during the conference. Dormitories are air conditioned and a 15 minute walk to the meeting location. The rooms are singles with a semi-private bathroom that is shared between 2-4 residents. Sheets, a towel, a pillow and a blanket are provided at the beginning of your stay, and free laundry is available in the building. Toiletries and hangers are NOT provided. Free WIFI is included for 7 days while on campus by connecting to PU Visitor.
The rooms available starting Saturday, June 16, and check out for all is required by noon on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Families and non-participant guests are NOT permitted to stay in the dorms.
