Registration

On-line registration is now closed and will re-open for on-site registration on Sunday June 17th. Please note that we can only accept credit cards or money orders on-site (cash may be exchanged for money orders at a local store a few mins walk away – please ask for directions). The registration form will be available here.

The registration fees will be as follows:
Early registration: $600 before April 27, 2018
Late registration: $800 from April 28, 2018
Student*: $400 only until April 27, 2018
Accompanying persons: $200.
(please complete a separate registration for accompanying persons)

* Before registering, the student should send a letter from their University to the Conference Coordinator stating their student status. The letter should have the letterhead of the student’s university and may be sent as an email attachment to psi2018@pppl.gov (preferred), or by regular mail to Carol Austin, PSI-23 Administrator, 100 Stellarator Road, Princeton NJ, 08543-0451, USA. If approved, a confirmation message will be sent. Registration at the student rate cannot be accepted without confirmation of student status.

PPPL/PU employees will pay their registration fee through internal transfer.

The participant fee includes:

  • Participation to the conference
  • Bus transportation between Hyatt and Westin hotels and conference events.
  • Welcome reception and special opening of Princeton University Art Museum
  • Concert
  • Coffee breaks,
  • Hot lunches (box lunch on Wednesday)
  • Social dinner
  • One excursion
  • Conference program

The accompanying companion fee includes:

  • Bus transportation between Hyatt and Westin hotels and conference events.
  • Welcome reception and special opening of Princeton University Art Museum
  • Concert
  • Social dinner
  • One excursion
  • (Lunches are not included but may be purchased by money order if desired)

For DOE-funded attendees: 52.5% of the registration fee is unallowable for the reception, banquet, five (5) lunches, excursion, concert and awards.

Cancellation Policy
A notification of cancellation and a request for a refund can be made by email to psi2018@pppl.gov. All cancellation/refund requests will be assessed a $30 processing fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
